Create an account and an organization; the trial starts then and lasts 14 days, once per account. No payment details are asked for, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. When it ends your organization becomes read-only: you can still read, search, export and delete everything, and subscribing to any paid plan lifts it at once.
Each person in your organization occupies one seat. You buy the seats you need and see the exact price before you confirm; adding someone past your seats asks for a seat first, so your bill never changes without someone deciding it. Monthly allowances are per seat and pooled across the organization.
Hard monthly limits stop at the ceiling until the next month: add seats (allowances are per seat) or upgrade for more. Soft limits let work continue and show it on your usage page. Nothing is ever charged for usage.
An extra you add to a plan for one price for the whole organization, not per seat. It is a separate monthly subscription: you see the price before you confirm, and you can cancel it on its own. Where a higher plan already includes it, you are not sold it twice.
Upgrade at any time: it takes effect immediately, and the confirmation screen shows the exact amount charged for the rest of the period before you confirm. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal. Cancel any time: your plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for and nothing more is charged.
Every new paid subscription has a 14-day money-back guarantee on its first payment, once per organization; a duplicate or mistaken charge is always refunded in full. The refund and cancellation policy has the details.
Dodo Payments is our merchant of record: it processes your payment, calculates and collects the tax that applies where you are, and issues your invoice. Your card statement names Dodo Payments.
In India you pay in rupees by UPI, RuPay or an Indian card. 18% GST is added on top at checkout, and you give your GSTIN there so the invoice can carry it. Indian banks ask you to approve each automatic payment above ₹15,000; if your monthly total is above that, paying yearly needs one approval a year.
