Helm · the flagship engine of Servabo
Helm keeps your business promises.
You write the outcomes and the limits once. Helm reads every promise in your documents, plans what to pay, hold and chase, checks every step against your rules, and shows you what it held, with the evidence.
Every account can open the sample company and take the guided tour during the 14-day trial.

rupees moved by Helm: a person pays from your bank
Who it is for
Companies that buy from many suppliers.
Distributors and wholesalers, manufacturers, logistics and construction firms, multi-branch retail, restaurants and clinics: 50 to 1,000 people with a small finance team, and the accounting firms that run payables for them, one workspace per client. India first, with rupees, GST invoices, the MSMED Act and income-tax section 43B(h); any currency works.
Mandates, in your words
State the outcome once. Helm keeps it true.
- Never pay above the agreed price
- Never pay a duplicate
- Never pay a changed bank account until verified
- Keep cash above a floor
- Pay micro and small suppliers within the legal limit
- Decide every renewal before its notice deadline
Six of the thirteen mandates in the library. Or type your own sentence: Helm reads it back as a mandate you confirm before it is active.
What it does
From promise to plan to proof.
- 01
It reads your promises
Every invoice, purchase order, goods receipt, credit note, contract, certificate and statement your team already uploads becomes a promise: what is owed, by whom, by when, at what price. The Promise ledger shows each one with the document it came from.
- 02
You state the outcomes, in a sentence
Thirteen ready mandates, or type a sentence and Helm reads it back as a mandate you confirm. The AI only drafts the sentence; deterministic code decides everything else, and Helm works with AI switched off.
- 03
The cockpit
One instrument per mandate (holding, drifting, breached, or unknown when Helm cannot see enough), the cash flight path for the coming weeks with your floor, and the plan: pay this on Tuesday, hold that, chase this customer, reconcile that supplier.
- 04
The Guard
Every action is checked before you see it and again before it runs: your limits, the facts checked, no open fraud or duplicate flag, cash above the floor, and a person for every payment decision. Each action gets a certificate with every check and its evidence, sealed so it can never change.
- 05
You stay in charge
Everything starts in Propose mode: Helm proposes, a person approves. Act mode runs actions by itself only up to an amount the owner sets (zero by default). Holds, schedules and payments recorded can be undone.
- 06
Bank statements close the loop
Import your bank's CSV or Excel export. Helm reads it with the column mapping you confirm once per account, takes the closing balance as cash, and matches payments to the invoices it scheduled. Anything uncertain waits for a person, with the reasons in words.
- 07
Supplier statements reconciled every month
Each supplier's statement of account is compared with your books: invoices you never received, amounts that differ, payments they have not applied. Helm drafts the reconciliation email for you to send.
- 08
The Time machine
Replay your last months of your own documents as if Helm had been on: what it would have held, each amount marked confirmed, likely or potential, never added up as if certain. Download it as a PDF with a fingerprint on every page.
- 09
What if…
Beside the flight path: what if customers pay 30 days later, what if we hold these invoices, what if a large receipt comes in. Helm plans both and shows the difference, and saves nothing.
The Guard
Every action carries its certificate.
Before you see an action, and again before it runs, the Guard checks it against your mandates, the facts behind it, open fraud and duplicate flags, your cash floor and your cap. The certificate lists each check and its evidence, and it is sealed so it can never change.

The plan
A payment run your team pays from its bank.
Once a person approves, each payment lands on its run day with the supplier, the masked account, the invoice and its certificate. Download the list for your bank or accounting system; Helm records it as paid when the bank statement shows it.

The Time machine
See what Helm would have held, on your own past.
Replay months of your own documents as if Helm had been on. Each amount is marked confirmed, likely or potential, and they are never added up as if certain. Download it as a PDF for your accountant or board, with a fingerprint on every page that matches the one on screen.
Bank statements
"Paid" rests on the bank line.
Import a CSV or Excel export; payments are matched to the invoices Helm scheduled by amount, date and reference or payee.

Supplier statements
Reconciled every month, to the paisa.
Each difference is explained with its evidence, and Helm drafts the email for you to send.

What we never claim
Honest by design.
- Helm never pays: it plans, and a person pays from your bank.
- “Value held” is only what happened, with its evidence; replays and forecasts are labelled as such.
- Helm gives recommendations, not financial or tax advice; the MSME mandate links to the law itself.
- Helm does not guess: where it cannot see enough it says so, and a visibility meter shows how much of the business it sees.
Try it on the sample company
Meridian Wholesale, an invented Pune distributor.
Nine months of documents, read by the same engines as yours. Its replay finds exactly what was planted: overcharges above purchase-order prices, a duplicate invoice paid twice, a supplier's changed bank account, MSME payments made late, missed early-payment discounts, a late-fee invoice, a missed contract renewal, an expired insurance certificate, customers who paid late, and a month when cash dipped below the floor.
It is labelled "sample" everywhere, and you can delete it whenever you like.
